Tiffany Kohan
Ms. Kohan joined Hanger, Steinberg, Shapiro & Ash as a law clerk in January 2024.
Ms. Kohan earned her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law in May 2025, along with a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the renowned Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. Ms. Kohan has been a California Certified Mediator since May 2024.
During her time at Pepperdine, she held a leadership position as Secretary of the Jewish Law Students’ Association (JLSA). Ms. Kohan also gained practical experience volunteering for the District Attorney’s office, where she worked on matters involving major crimes. Ms. Kohan further developed her legal skills by assisting in-house counsel at an AI data-infrastructure startup, as well as working at a real estate firm.
Before attending law school, Ms. Kohan graduated summa cum laude from University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
Outside of the office, Ms. Kohan enjoys traveling, skiing, and exploring new coffee shops.
